Return Policy

We hope you love your Geewees pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Made-to-order or customized items

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
